John Sikes Johnson Life Coach Home About John Sikes Appointments Fees Confidentiality Suggested Reading		Fees Fees are to be paid at time of services. Fees can be paid by either cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time. As of January 1, 2020, John Sikes' current rate is 150$/hr. Missed or Cancelled Appointments Clients agree to give at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling appointments. Clients canceling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $150.00, the full price for the session. Clients missing appointments without canceling prior will be charged the full amount for the hour upon next session. Insurance Some insurance companies will reimburse clients for coaching sessions. It is up to the client to seek this out. A master receipt of session attendance can be obtained by request of the client, that can be used to file with insurance on their own.
